About the event
This is a class for everyone: all backgrounds and levels of experience.
These are asana classes and each will be unique. Depending on the day, we may practice meditation, breathwork, and chanting. The asana practice will vary in nature, and therefore can be more dynamic or more static. Students are always welcome to be more independent in their practice and do what feels right for them. Variations and adaptations will be suggested to account for injuries and limitations. Respect your limits and enjoy the practice :)
Classes are $10-20, sliding scale. Payment can be made in cash.
Bring a mat and water. Props are provided.
