About the event

Welcome to Feeling Rooted, a Yoga Therapy series designed to guide you through the winter months with warmth, resilience, and balance. This series combines my 800-hour Yoga Therapy training and deep understanding of anatomy, injury prevention, pain reduction, proper breathwork, and embodied movement.


Each Saturday at 8am EST, join me for a session that incorporates everything I’ve been studying and practicing in Yoga Therapy. Our classes will start with gentle warmups and conscious breathwork, moving into physical postures that stabilize and rejuvenate, and ending with restorative poses, savasana, and guided relaxation.


Yoga Therapy is a holistic approach to health, grounded in both ancient yogic wisdom and modern science, supporting your physical, mental, and emotional wellness. My goal is to provide a nurturing, supportive environment where you can tap into the full benefits of yoga in a therapeutic setting.
