Group Past Life Regression- Experiencing Light Hypnosis

About the Event

***In this event you will experience a light state of trance, the alpha brain wave state, through the use of your imagination. You will not experience deeper hypnosis as you would in a private hypnosis session.***

Event Description

We will begin our time together with introductions, followed by a guided Reiki meditation to connect to the heartspace. We will then enjoy a gentle yoga sequence to further connect to the body and breath.

Pascale will introduce hypnosis, particularly quantum hypnosis and answer any questions. We will practice visualization together, engaging the imagination and trusting the process.

Pascale will then lead a guided meditation, providing you with the opportunity to go on a journey, whether it be to this life or a past life. She will support you to feel safe and in control with this exercise. If ever you feel uncomfortable, you can simply set the intention…
