About the event
This event will take the form of a healing circle, providing you with a safe space to go on a journey inwards.
Pascale practices QHHT, or Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique- a modality that allows one to enter deep state of relaxation and connect with their higher selves. We will begin the event with introductions and a Reiki heart opening meditation, after which I will take you through a script that will allow you to practice visualization, go on a journey and perhaps visit a past life. $35 per person.
About the hypnosis facilitator:
Pascale is a yoga teacher, hypnotist, and reiki practitioner in Montreal. She trained in QHHT, or Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, a modality that brings the client into a deep state of relaxation.
