Group Past Life Regression Hypnosis

This event will take the form of a healing circle, providing you with a safe space to go on a journey inwards. 

Pascale practices QHHT, or Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique- a modality that allows one to enter deep state of relaxation and connect with their higher selves. We will begin the event with introductions and a Reiki heart opening meditation, after which I will take you through a script that will allow you to practice visualization, go on a journey and perhaps visit a past life. $35 per person.

About the hypnosis facilitator:

Pascale is a yoga teacher, hypnotist, and reiki practitioner in Montreal. She trained in QHHT, or Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, a modality that brings the client into a deep state of relaxation. In this state, the client can access the part of themselves that has all the answers. This "all knowing" part of themselves is also referred to as the Higher Self. In this deep state of relaxation, one can also connect with and cultivate a relationship with their guides. In this guided meditation, you will have the opportunity to cultivate a relationship and connect with your spirit support team. Pascale also organizes healing circles and workshops in Montreal and teaches group yoga classes in the plateau and Mile-End. She will be available to you after the event to process your experience and learn more about this modality.
