Hello all <3
This healing circle is inspired by a non-alcoholic beer I recently enjoyed on a lovely restaurant patio. And I wanted to share this theme with you :)
We will spend a couple hours together taking a PAUSE from our busy lives. Sometimes we are moving so fast that we lose sight of where we are going, or where we WANT to go. So I encourage you all to come pause with me, reflect on where you are, where you came from, and where you are going.
What you can expect from this evening:
We will begin this sacred time together with a meditation to connect with our hearts and with eachother. This will be an opportunity to check in with yourself and allow any preoccupations or concerns to rise to the forefront of your consciousness. You may even opt to begin this process before the event begins!
Consider asking yourself the following questions in the week leading up to the event:
-What am I deeply enjoying at this time? -What commitments or priorities am I reconsidering? -What are my biggest fears at this time? -How are these fears holding me back? -What is holding me back from expressing myself authentically? -Who do I appreciate in my life for their support and love?
We will then enjoy a yoga practice to connect to our bodies and ourselves. We will move, stretch, and breathe. This process alone should help you get more insight on your situation and your life.
We will then enjoy a savasana, during which you will let go and just enjoy stillness. In this moment of peace and calm a lot more clarity and insight should come to you! Pascale may lead a guided visualization at this time to support you to connect more with your inner wisdom and guidance.
We will then reflect on some journal prompts and enjoy a rich discussion. Before parting, we will conclude with a final meditation to check in with ourselves and our hearts.
