About the event
Hey, beautiful people!
I am excited to announce the next healing circle coming up on May 29th from 6-7:30pm. This will be held at Aux Angles Ronds and because this lovely café does not have props, I invite you to bring things to be cozy: a yoga mat, blanket and pillow.
We will enjoy some good conversation on whatever has been on our minds lately and share a yoga practice to be embodied and connect with ourselves. I will send Reiki during savasana to help you relax and go inwards. We may also do some journal prompts, so bring a journal! (I will also bring paper and pens).
Pay what you can: $20-30 sliding scale
