Hi, all!
I am offering a pop-up therapeutic yoga class to gauge interest in online classes. This class will take place at 9am EST on Sunday, April 13th and will be held over Zoom. To register, you can sent an etransfer of $15 to yogaavecpascale@gmail.com. In addition to sending the etransfer, please send me an email introducing yourself and let me know what your experience with yoga is and if you have any health concerns or physical limitations. When your registration is confirmed, I will send you the Zoom link for the class.
If there is enough interest, I will offer regular Zoom classes on Sunday mornings, and potentially other times. If there is a time during the week that works well for you and that would interest you, let me know
