About the event
This is a yoga class series that will be held at Studio Equilibre (Room 1) in the plateau (1565 Mont-Royal Ave E). Mondays at 1pm. We will begin with a meditation and some breathwork to check in with oneself and focus the mind. I will then guide you through a yin yoga sequence during which I will give you Reiki. We will conclude with a 4-5 minute savasana. Observe how you feel in the days that follow and look forward to receiving more health benefits from the next week's class (if you are coming regularly, which is highly recommended).
The cost of this class is $20 CAD per person. You can purchase the full 8 week session for $120 CAD, which will save you $40, the cost of two classes.
