Yoga Therapy Vinyasa

Yoga Therapy is an approach to holistic health that integrates the wisdom of eastern mind-body practices with modern science and medicine. In a Yoga Therapy class, the instructor, a trained Yoga Therapist, uses her experience in Yoga Therapy to accommodate each practitioner, supporting them to benefit fully from the postures and movements in spite of any limitations or injuries. This class is offered in English and French.
