Helping Youth Feel Calm & Confidence with Yoga Therapy

In today’s fast-paced world, children are facing more stress and anxiety than ever before. Yoga therapy offers a gentle and effective way to help kids and teens develop self-awareness, emotional regulation, and focus.

Whether your child experiences anxiety, difficulty concentrating, or sensory challenges, private sessions provide a safe, playful, and supportive space for them to learn tools for relaxation and self-regulation.

Through movement, breathing techniques, and relaxation exercises, children can build confidence, improve concentration, and cultivate a sense of inner calm that supports their overall well-being.

Each session is designed to support your child’s unique needs. Movement and yoga poses help improve body awareness and coordination, while breathing techniques offer tools to manage emotions and stress. Guided relaxation exercises encourage better sleep and focus, creating a safe and playful environment where children can develop lifelong coping skills.

Sessions last for one hour and are available on weekends only. They can take place either at my home studio or in your home for an additional $10 travel fee. I offer sessions in both French and English.

Pascale Bouchard

Kid's Yoga Instructor

I teach yoga full-time to primary school kids in Pointe-Sainte-Charles through LCSO, a non-profit organization offering activities to children and families. I am also in my final year of a four-year, 800-hour yoga therapy program with certified yoga therapist Helene Couvrette at HOM Health & Wellness Center/School. As part of this program, I am completing a 100-hour internship, closely supervised by my instructor. I am offering yoga therapy sessions at a reduced rate as part of this training.

I have extensive experience working with kids through various volunteer roles over the years with non-profit organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters, Fostering a Child to Excel in Society (Montreal), SunYouth (Montreal), and Pascale's Pals (Missouri).

I am committed to offering yoga therapy to kids because I believe it is impactful to provide the youth with tools to build self-awareness and self-confidence early in life, setting the foundation for a more prosperous future in which they can trust themselves to navigate life's challenges and have faith in their decisions.
