Yoga Classes

My yoga classes are designed to help you connect more deeply with yourself, your body, and your authentic way of being. Each session is an opportunity to slow down, move mindfully, and cultivate a personal practice that extends beyond the class.

About the Classes

Discover Presence and Ease through Practice

In these classes, we focus on conscious breath, gentle and intentional movement, and mindful awareness, all aimed at cultivating a positive, appreciative, and non-judgmental relationship with your body. The practice encourages you to slow down, listen to your body, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive and restorative way.

 

Regular attendance can ripple into daily life, helping you:

  • Care for your body more consciously

  • Make healthier choices around food and hydration

  • Sleep better and set boundaries aligned with your needs

  • Feel more grounded, focused, and productive

  • Reduce stress and burnout

 

Over time, practicing yoga in this way can help you explore your authentic self—learning to act from calm, confidence, and curiosity rather than fear or self-doubt. As you connect more deeply with yourself, connecting with others naturally becomes easier and more enjoyable.

📍 Held on Zoom — a private link will be sent upon registration

🕰 Sessions are approximately 60 minutes

💻 Have a yoga mat, cushion and blanket nearby and a quiet space if possible
